Returns Process
If you are having a problem with your Kings product please firstly take a look at our FAQs page. If you still believe your product is faulty please read the following information.
Purchased within 12 months directly from Kings
If you have purchased your item directly from the Kings website and have an account, please login to the account area to view the status of your product warranty. If in warranty, you are able to generate an RMA request directly from your previous order details.
If you have purchased your item directly from Kings, but over the telephone, at a show or via the website as a guest then your order will not be viewable directly from your account, please use the following page to generate an RMA request. You will need your order number to hand so we can verify your purchase.
Purchased within 12 months from another supplier
If your product is within 12 months of date of purchase and NOT purchased from Kings then please contact the original seller and follow their returns procedure.
Purchased between 12-36 months ago
Any Sovereign, Sonic or Solo product is no longer in warranty, however, we offer a fixed price repair service of £25 plus VAT (and carriage if not AfB).

Purchased over 36 months ago
Products purchased over 36 months ago are unfortunately no longer economical to repair, please take a look at our current models for a suitable replacement.
